I am looking for a server program where i can sell premium content online, AND ensure that the text and images will be protected against theft and piracy.

I want to control how long the content can be seen before purchase, AND guarantee that ONLY .authorized users can print/save/distribute etc.

Does anyone out there know of any solution that I can implement on a server that will do this???

What type of content is it?

If it is a document then I would suggest you look into just using a locked PDF file.

It will be easier to give a suggestion if you can let us know the content.

try hotscripts.com, if you cant find anything there, try Rent-A-Coder depending on how much money you are willing to spend you can get a coder to create somthing like that for you and only you, so no one else can have it and reverse engineer it so they know how to get into it.
