Resources !!!

I have a Dialog with buttons, pictures etc on it. If I add anything now onto the dialog, any button, text, bitmap whatever, I loose the bit maps from another area of the dialog.

Does anyone know if there is a limit to how many dialog items can be added to a windows dialog under the resource editor.
