I want to set up my own windows server to run my scripts. Could any body help me out or provide me the information that what should I will have to do?

Well, I guess it depends on what type of scripts you have. ASP.NET requires IIS; I don't think it will run on Apache. Pretty much any other language will run on Apache. I don't recall if you can get a free copy of IIS anymore, though I'm sure someone else knows.

However, if you want Apache your best bet is an all-in-one package that includes Apache, PHP, and MySQL since there's minimal configuration required. Look at http://www.wampserver.com/en/
