Actionscript reference guide for FlashWell since people have been waiting forever for Macromedia to make decent help pages for actionscript, Actionscript.com have taken the example of [http://www.php.net]PHP.net[/url] and created well thought out documentation.
Its still in the beta stage, but at the time of viewing there are currently 171 entries, and 24 notes available. What is good is that ActionScript Reference is a free community resource and it was the one thing that was very interesting about flash, but I just couldn't find the help for it. Isn't ActionScript necessary to make any websites and games anyway? I've worked with Flash ActionScript, and I found it very usable. It resembles JavaScript, and it works well with the objects on the screen.

Yes its pretty much essential, but its so badly documented apart from in specialised books that there wasn't really any way you could find out about the functions unless you got out your wallet. I don't sit very well with Javascript so it wsan't a natural progression to move onto actionscript so this has been a good help for me.
