Anyone...?

Quick comment:

- Don't like the background, it conveys one thing: boredom.
- Change your font, I really dislike Times.
- Have some more colour, grey & red aren't great combo. Have the sidebar a different colour & have steady blocks of colour.
- Maintain your design in the "Join Now" &Veiw Banners pages.
- If you log in incorrectly, it's hard to see the text "Incorrect login/password" as it's just stuck in below the Hosted by... message. I nearly looks like the page ignores you logging in!

I suggest that you remove the HRs on the page. The cut things up and make them blocky.

Re the background, you might be able to get away with a light grey background, but not the current image. IMO, if you are using an image for the background it should not interfere with the text at all.
