file manageri was looking to develop a file manager written in java, how would i go about doing so and would it be better to use c# or c++ thanks

I think I know what you mean though, INSTEAD of Java, would it be better with C#, C++. I won't claim that one is better than the other, for it all depends on your knowledge of any one of those three languages, what your target of development is, and so on... __________________
