Graphic problem

I want to make graphic program for some basic application (make circle, rectangle etc.) So I dont want to use GTK or QT and I will write for Linux (I mean I use gcc not Turbo C++). Which libs will be used? I dont have any ideas about that.
Any ideas?

Re: Graphic problem

OpenGL? I believe they have libs for Linux too.

Others may give additional alternatives.
