Hi
I have got ASUS Motherborad P5e,,,,yesterday it did POST today it did not work.
I can see SB LED lights up in green color
I removed all cards and RAMs and HD,,,,only CPU left, and shorted the pin for POWER SW,,,still noting worked, CPU fan wouldn't spin at all.
Unplugged the power supply...

I've got a Pentium 4 machine - the exact architecture is GenuineIntel x86 family 15 model 2 stepping 7. (I'm running Windows XP Pro, version 2002, Service Pack 3 with no problem.) This is a 32-bit machine, right?

1)Go to "Add Printer Wizard" and enable/select "A network printer or printer attached to another computer" option.
2)Go to "Printer And Faxes" option and right click then select "Sharing..." option.

This might be some help to all you guys out there which are having problems with this power calibration error. What I know is that the CD burning engine which comes with XP was developed by Adaptec (I might be wrong so please dont hold me to it). So here's what to do and most of your problems...

Friends,
I have a Intel 845GV motherboard with 2.4 GHz processor.
I have Windows XP.
After sometime after booting, the system automatically shuts down and tells that:
"The CPU was previously shutdown due to a thermal event(overheating)
Service the unit right away to resolve this"
